COMPRAL, Compral, a product of the combination of pyramidon with voluntal (trichloroethylurethane). The pharmacological action of the preparation is due to the presence of analgesic and hypnotic components in the drug. Compral is used as an analgesic after operations, for periostitis, neuralgia, toothaches, dysmenorrhea, etc. The dose is 0.3–0.5 twice a day.
