Summary

Aparathyreosis is a pathological condition caused by the loss of function of the parathyroid glands. In animal experiments, the complete removal of these glands leads to death accompanied by the symptoms of acute tetany.

APARATHYREOSIS, aparathyreosis, a pathological disorder resulting from the loss of function of the parathyroid glands, which causes death in animals following the complete removal of the parathyroid glands, accompanied by the symptoms of acutely developing tetany.
