Selection of individual forms of contagious diseases and specially highlighted social and certain chronic diseases. Average daily bed occupancy. Admission of patients, bed occupancy, bed vacancy (idle time), overcrowding in hospital departments by months and seasons. Average duration of patients' stay on a bed by classes of diseases and for each of the most important contagious forms.-2. Distribution of bed patients, men and women, by cumulative distances from the medical institution, indicating for each district the percentage of the population, percentage of selection for beds from the corresponding group of outpatient patients, and the average number of days per patient. The same by age - in detailed and cumulative groups (by districts).-3. Inpatient parturients. Births, stillbirths, miscarriages. Number of hospital births: a) per 100 newborns and b) per 1,000 women of reproductive age. Admission of parturients, bed occupancy, bed vacancy or bed overcrowding (in %) - by months, seasons, and on average for the year, average duration of stay of a parturient on a bed.-4. Distribution of hospital parturients by distance from the medical institution (one-verst or cumulative districts), indicating the number of births per 100 newborns, per 1,000 women of reproductive age. Number of bed-days per parturient. Home obstetrical care and their distribution by distances from the medical institution. Obstetrical care and means of communication (highways, rivers, etc.).-The listed elements with some changes and additions due to specialization, out-of-town patients, etc., can be adopted for the statistics of city hospitals as well.
